I was asked how I built my personal page.
So I thought I'd share a simple way to go from a one-pager to a live personal website, plus an AI chatbot to spice things up.
Useful for professionals, freelancers, students, SMBs, and anyone curious.
For this example, I downloaded my LinkedIn as a PDF. You can also grab any personal page or one-pager as a reference. That's the content source.
Feed the PDF + the prompt → get a local website.
Settings tip to go free on the project: In Cursor, turn on "Run Everything (Unsandboxed)" for full trust mode (if you trust it). This is the fastest path.

Prompt: Build me a professional website running locally. My linkedin profile is in linkedin.pdf. Make the website stunning: enterprise meets edgy. It should include about me, career journey, links to a portfolio (for future). Iterate to make it as slick and professional as possible. Use NextJS.
